It’s the largest legal graffiti spot in the UK and, for a limited time only, will be home to Banksy’s original rat mural from the White House pub in Liverpool, underneath which The Rat Bar will pouring beers and mixing up cocktails. Leake Street Arches, Leake St. Tube: Waterloo.
